This class is moderately paced, opening with mindful meditation, followed by gentle warm-ups engaging core, full-body stretch and breath work, then transitioning into a dynamic sequence of postures connecting movement with breath. Throughout the practice, emphasis is placed on exploring individual strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment of the physical body and cultivating the confidence, creativity, compassion, and freedom within the subtle and soulful bodies.
